From creating our fragrances to their presentation, packaging, and delivery, we are committed to providing care and attention that reflect our brand values. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Shawn Hudson Fragrance. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

However, fragrance is a personal and subjective experience. 3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and presented during checkout before an order is submitted. We must successfully authorize payment before we can process an order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product pricing, modify product availability, or cancel an order affected by an obvious error. Where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund. Any promotional offers, discount codes, or special pricing are subject to their stated conditions and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Once you place an order, you will receive an electronic order acknowledgement at the email address provided during checkout. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or errors in product information. If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We take considerable care in preparing and packaging every Shawn Hudson Fragrance order. Unless an alternative shipping arrangement has been specifically requested by the customer and accepted by Shawn Hudson Fragrance, orders are shipped using insured Canada Post services with full shipment tracking. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information necessary to follow their shipment. We provide shipping charges, available destinations, and estimated delivery times during checkout or before shipment. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we encourage customers to contact us promptly so that we may investigate the matter with the shipping provider and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Alternative shipping arrangements, including expedited services, may be considered upon request. Additional charges may apply.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and our commitment to product integrity, hygiene, and quality assurance, all fragrance purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal fragrance preferences, or dissatisfaction with how a fragrance interacts with an individual's skin chemistry. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Where available, discovery and sample formats offer an opportunity to experience our fragrances before purchasing a full-size bottle.

Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven (7) days of delivery. When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate. We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

7. Packaging & Presentation

We believe that the presentation of a fragrance is an important part of the experience. We package our products with attention to protection, presentation, and the overall customer experience. While we strive for consistency, certain packaging materials, decorative details, or presentation elements may change as our collections evolve. Such changes will not materially affect the fragrance product purchased.

8. Safe & Responsible Product Use

Shawn Hudson Fragrance products are intended for personal fragrance use in accordance with their labels and instructions.
